AIIMA does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, or guaranteed outcomes. Backtests are based on historical data, user-provided rules, and available market feeds. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategies, screenshots, notes, and files you upload.
• You must check outputs before making trading decisions.
• You must not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, scrape protected data, or upload harmful content.
• You are responsible for complying with laws and rules that apply to your trading activity.

Accounts, Payments, and Access

Some features may require a paid plan. We may change plan features, pricing, or access rules over time. If a payment fails or a plan expires, access to paid features may be restricted.

Data and Availability

Market data may come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from broker-specific charts. AIIMA may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or deployment work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AIIMA is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data-provider issues, platform downtime, or decisions made from platform outputs.
